Must have Pro Version.
Open Movie.
File-->Export-->Movie to Image Sequence.
Set export fps to match movie's fps
to capture a 'play by second' or,
adjust to a longer ( say triple the fps)
to capture in a 'slideshow' type feel.
select type of file ( png or jpg)
Target to Folder
click ok.
If necessary stitch in Photoshop to make one huge Page of
all images, using the 'Automate-->Contact Sheet II' command."
